Enrollment Policy

The GEM School program runs throughout the whole academic school year. Enrolling in GEM School reserves your child's placement for the full school year.

Financial Commitment: Please note that you will be responsible for paying for the entire academic year, as we plan ahead for staffing, curriculum, supplies, and snacks.

Program & Vendor Disclosure

GEM School's daily program is delivered through two components operating within one unified school day:

• 8:00 AM – 11:40 AM: Morning Academic Instruction — Provided by ALIA
• 12:30 PM – 3:15 PM: Afternoon Project-Based & Specialized Instruction (PE, Islamic Studies, Robotics, Speech & Debate) — Provided by GEM Academy and its affiliated instructors/vendors

By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and consent to their child's participation in both components, understanding that ALIA and GEM Academy are separate providers, each responsible for their respective portion of instruction, activities, and supervision during their designated hours.

Refund Policy

All amounts paid shall be nonrefundable.

Late Fee Policy

A $1.00-per-minute fee will be charged per student after 3:15 PM until the student is picked up.

Termination of Enrollment

GEM School reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment at any time, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Misconduct, disruptive, or unsafe behavior
• Failure to comply with school policies
• Non-payment of tuition or fees
• Conduct that negatively impacts the safety or learning environment of other students or staff

Note: Termination for cause does not entitle the family to a refund of any tuition or fees already paid, in accordance with the Refund Policy above.
